There will be an Engagement Letter that states the terms of our agreement to perform the work set forth in the Project Scope Form.

On Demand Associate only works with licensed attorneys on matters in which they represent a client and are not a party (with the possible exception of a sanctions appeal intertwined with the underlying merits). On Demand Associate’s relationship is with you and your firm only. We have no relationship with or responsibility to your client. Our relationship is not an attorney-client relationship, although we keep your matters confidential.
